Defect WH-1000XM3 Noise Cancelling Headphones Sony

I turned my headphones in at the service counter back in October because for over 6 months I had static crackling in one ear, then they eventually failed to turn on. I bought the new version because I can’t live without them. I never head back from them! So I asked them what happened and Sony apparently said they are defected so I got a complete refund for 380 euros!

I was so pleasantly surprised and just in time for Christmas.
